Good buy and a good product
I always use this colored cocoa butter for my German pralines. It’s easy to use (heat it to 45 degrees Celsius and then let it cool to 36 degrees). 36 degrees is the ideal temperature for coloring praline molds. So far, I’ve overheated it once, and it still worked—it’s just that the chocolate didn’t shine as much as it should have.

Great colored cocoa butters
These are great cocoa butters! I much prefer them to other brands which tend to be a bit thicker and more opaque. They layer beautifully and look like little jewels with inner glow. My guess is that these have more cocoa butter in them and it’s the cocoa butter that makes them shiny. For all those leaving negative reviews complaining that they arrived out of temper, they didn’t harden on your cake pops, they didn’t release from your molds, I would say the fault doesn’t lie with the cocoa butters but is user error. Colored cocoa butters should be tempered every time you use them. Yes, they come to you from the manufacturer tempered but the likelihood is that you knock them out of temper when you heat them. Or, perhaps they were knocked out of temper in the shippers warehouse. The safest thing to do is to temper them before every use: Heat them to 40C, cool them to 27C while stirring (very important to agitate them to develop those beta V crystals), then gently heat again to between 29-30C if your hand painting. Room temperature should be between 18C and 21C. Good luck!

Pleasantly surprised!
This is my first time using colored cocoa butter, so I went with this brand since it's cheaper than the rest. I honestly expected it to just be okay, and the color (Green Crystal) to just be a plain green. It looked ugly in the bottle, so I kept my expectations low. After heating it up and tempering, it's absolutely stunning and glittery!! It set up in the polycarbonate mold just fine and came right out on the chocolates, still bright and glittery!

Way overpriced
Wouldn't recommend buying this here, but look for a local restaurant supply and you'll probably find a better bang for your buck. Very Tiny bottle.

Rich gem tone color
Deep rich color, takes a while to liquify.
