Tried for over 45 minutes to remove the spring from the washing machine - using all sorts of general tools - pliers, screwdrivers, fingers. Gave up after 45 minutes. Bit of Googling and this came up. Removed the washing machine spring, easily, in less than 2 minutes. If you need to removed a washing machine spring, this is the perfect tool for the job. But this - you won't be disappointed.
