I have been using this shampoo for about 12 years. My dry scalp and hair doesn’t feel as great when I use another shampoo. The scent is wonderful, the price is slightly higher than I would like but it’s worth it.

I thought it will be a bigger size, and it come in with a very little bottle. Other than that, the product is so great to have!

The scent is strong—very gingery and herbal—but personally, I like it. It smells clean and refreshing without being too overpowering once your hair dries. It lathers well too, even though it’s sulfate-free, which I wasn’t expecting. A couple tips if you’re thinking of trying it: Let it sit on your scalp for a minute or two before rinsing. I find that helps the active ingredients actually do their thing. Follow up with a light conditioner just on the ends, not the scalp, to avoid build-up (especially if your hair is prone to dryness). Be consistent—use it 2–3 times a week if you have moderate flakes or itch. I tried alternating it with a moisturizing shampoo to keep things balanced. I knocked off one star because it can be a little drying if used too often and the bottle’s a bit small for the price, but otherwise this is a solid option if you're struggling with flakes or irritation. Worth a try!

I'm not going to bore you with all of the details, but I have had the worst possible itchy, burning scalp for the past year or two. I have tried so many dandruff and anti-itch shampoos (head and shoulders, t-gel, etc.) and either they smell horrible or they don't work. THIS is NOT those shampoos. Within the first week of using this product I noticed I had not been itching my scalp as often, and now after a couple months of using it I do not itch at all!! And the smell is totally tolerable, if not slightly pleasant. Give it a try :)

I cannot believe I just spent $15 on what I thought was a large size of shampoo. I ended up getting 250 mL some people on the site show photos of 400 mL. I don’t care how great this is. This is travel size.

I've used this shampoo for more than 10 years. It is healthy and has a natural scent. You won't regret to give it a try.

It's intended to fight with the dandruff and dry and flaky scalp, but it's actually causing more from everything. This is my first bad experience with the Body Shop products, and I wonder if this is a fake shampoo. I have never had a bad experience with the Body Shop in the past. Don't buy Body Shop products from Amazon. Do it from their website.

This stuff is expensive but works well. Leaves my hair nice and clean, I don't think it does too much for my scalp though. Nice, light smell. I would repurchase.

Finally a shampoo that suds easily, cleans well and does not irritate sensitive scalps. It helped me get rid of all the dryness flakes, which I thought was Dandruff, and my hair is even more shiny and I haven't scratch once

Product feels really good in my hair when washing and makes it nice and soft. I also use the conditioner. I have a dry flaky scalp and dye my hair so was told that this would help and not strip my colour. So far I haven’t found any dramatic improvement in my flakes unfortunately.
