Why the filter doesn't fit my robot?

Please distinguish the specific device name of your robot before purchasing: the 11s and 11s max are not the same product. All non-Max series are not compatible with our replacement kit. Please Do Not Buy.

My robot is the G30, why isn't the filter compatible either?
