These acetate sheets work very well when making whipped cream fillings. They produce very clean edges and make my cakes look very professional. Easy to use and will definitely purchase again.

Before Guguji Cake Collar, my cakes were all over the place. In the neighbors' lawns, leaving "frosting" all over the place. Chasing cars. Impregnating the local stray cakes. It was a MESS! THIS product stops all that. So helpful! Life saver!

This works well if you need to keep your desserts to less than 3 inches in height. Helps for bakery boxes that have height of 3 inches.

I was making the famous Milkbar confetti cake and this held my layers together and with the height. My cake was stacked beautifully and sides were perfectly round with a smooth finish.

It does what I need it to do, I only wish it's a little thicker. Easy to put away. Love it.

I bought this to line springform pans to make mousse cakes and also to use to make chocolate collars. It works but it's a bit flimsy when trying to line a pan (moves around a lot) and it's not the best choice for chocolate collars (too thin). If it was a bit thicker and stiffer, I would give it 5 stars. Wish it was a little wider but I knew the width when I bought it. That being said, if it were wider, it would be way too floppy to work with. Bottom line? It's OK but not the best.

Used for wrapping cake layers so I can have support as I stack. I chill the layers and then peel off the plastic before serving. Plenty of plastic and easy to cut to size.

It's neither a very strong acetate nor thin plastic. I think it does a fair work, it's firm enough to stand in the cake ring. But I just expected a higher quality of such price.

This cake collar is of great help for preparing no-bake cheesecakes, mousses and other similar preparations. The material seems to be of good quality, and the item arrived next day!

My bad, I thought the product was larger than it is and that it would be thinner. That said, the quality is great and it being thicker than I thought is great! UPDATE - now that I have used it many many times - I could have used the shorter roll. My tallest pan is 3", and the roll I bought I is just under 4" (3.9). I have cut it down a couple of times to the top of the pan. If you're going to buy one, buy the taller one, and cut it down if you need to.
