Poor Quality
We were able to get this puzzle put together, but it was challenging. Not due to the size or complexity, but due to the quality. If you look at the photos you can see that the border is not smooth in two places. This represents a complete column of pieces being just a little off. Due to this tiny discrepancy, all pieces in the row did not fit quite right. This made it very difficult to determine if pieces we were trying to put in actually fit in the space. The pieces in this row had to be forced in as they were not properly aligned. There was one piece with the tab completely torn off, and several other pieces where the tabs were twisted and almost broken off. Many of the pieces were jammed together in the box with tabs in other pieces which made them difficult to pull apart. Lastly, the pieces appear to be made of several layers of paper pressed together with the shiny colored top layer. Many of the pieces were delaminating or splitting into layers, and needed to be glued. This was a fun puzzle with lots of color variety, but the quality took a lot of the fun away. I have not ordered other puzzles from this company, so I don't know if this was a one time issue or a something you can expect on every purchase, but I don't think I will be ordering from this company again.

WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT BUY! The 4 quadrants do not fit together. There seems to be an entire row and column are missing to tie the sections together. It is super frustrating to build a 5000 piece puzzle that was flawed from the start. This should be pulled from Amazon and not sold. It is also low quality cardboard that with not enough variation of pieces. All the pieces fit together when they shouldn't.

my puzzle was very poor quality. several pieces were broken. where the puzzle meets on the center line both vertically and horizontally the pieces do not fit together and the colors do not match up. i ended up with 4 separate sections of the puzzle not 1 big puzzle
