Loved it

Been fighting insomnia since major hip repair. My ortho surgeon recommended this as she has sleep issues as well. I never expected results like this, but on night one, after taking this after supper, I've had nothing but nights of solid sleep. Magnesium Glycinate
I bought this supplement because I heard it was more absorbable than the other kinds of magnesium. I take 1 capsule a day and can feel the difference right away. This one is a must buy!

I have purchased several jars of this magnesium glycinate! The store brands just can’t compare, they’re made overseas or someplace you can’t pronounce with who knows what in them. This is the best out there for the money!
