my vehicle is a 2012 Volkswagen routan 3.6. will this part fit my vehilce? Any help be great. Thank you.

Not at all. That is for a jeep wrangler

What are torque specifications since is all aluminum?

we just use the standard specs.

What kind of warranty does it have?

We offer a lifetime warranty and will do our best to recover our customers' losses regardless of any problems. In fact, Oil Filter Housing Assembly is often shipped with long bumps and collisions, resulting in serious damage to the interior or exterior of the product, which are unavoidable mistakes. When there is product breakage, we will help you to recover the loss. Thank you for your trust and support ！！！！

What is the replacement oil filter part number? It isn't a direct fit from the stock oil filter housing.

Mine came with a newer year model oil filter than my vehicle is. Just make sure when you remove the filter to match it up to the new one . But it is a oem filter.
