Q: How much current it takes on the input side ? planning to connect a float water level sensor on the input side with a 12v dc and pump on the output ?

Hi, on the input side it can take a maximum of 40A

Q: can you please cofirm the schematics as i see only one output terminals,shouldnt there be 2 pair of terminals for AC, ie source and output?

there are 2 pair of connectionb points. one pair is input(phase+neutral) and 2nd pair is output(phase+neutral). so totally 4 connection points are there.
