Is the black edge's adhesive sticky?

Yes, it is sticky. However, because the screen is curved, and the shield isn't, every now and then I need to push it back down onto the very edge of the screen. But overall the adhesive is good.

How do we process the warranty?

They are easy to install but they do not last

Would it fit with case ?

I used them with a case. Don't drop the phone though. Everytime the phone fell face down the screen protector popped off.
