I have a clawfoot tub with two handles as well as a shower with a single, hotel-style knob. Sometimes, you wish you could shut off the water for a minute, but you don't, because you'd have to adjust the temp again. This valve solves that problem! I bought one to try out and immediately bought a second one! They are all metal and super well made. Easy to use, they allow you to slow or shut off the water completely and then turn it back on with a swipe of the thumb without changing the temp. It doesn't leak at all, even when it stays under pressure over night because you forgot to turn off the handle, which I've done several times, so I know that's true! It's super easy to install. It fits between your normal hose and shower head. I've used both all the time for over a year, now, and they work as well as they did in the beginning! Super economical solution. Two thumbs up from me!

Perfect. I hooked up 2 hand held shower heads. This makes it so much easer to pick and chose how you want to use the heads. Both off, one on and one off or both on. Total control, alone with the rainfall shower head. And these are well made brass valves. Easy to install and use. exactly what I was looking for. These were installed to make the wife happy. Very demanding when it comes to shower use. Perfection is not a desired goal. It is a job and situation requirement. Happy wife, happy life (for wife). And husband gets some peace of mind. A job well done.

Instead of a low flow washer, I tried this and am very pleased. Easy to install on the shower head and is easily adjustable. I have it on half way so that the water flow is reduced and it also cuts off the flow completely when I need it. to do that.

This valve works great. My main shower valve no longer closes completely. It is too old to get parts for. Putting in a new valve is a major job. This valve was a easy answer. I can leave the main faucet on and the temp set. I just use this great little valve to fully control the shower head.

My shower head was leaking, and repairing the single-handle shower valve would have involved major tile work. This little gadget (Hibbent flow control valve) is such a simple solution to the problem. Easy to install and works great - No more leakage. I wish I'd known of it sooner!

I finally found a shower valve that actually cuts the water off completely. Every other valve I've used in the past lets water trickle out even when completely closed and this trickle causes a lot of calcium to build up. I so glad I found this valve.

This valve works perfect! Most shower/tub controls now only control hot and cold setting. The flow cannot be controlled so you will only have full throttle. So if one person takes a long shower the next one will not have warm water. Also we are on a well so using less water is a bonus. This valve is super heavy duty yet the slider works effortless. Also comes with a screened washer. Ordered the 3 pack ,very good value for money. Will gift the others to friends who have been frustrated also not being able to control their shower flow. VERY HAPPY!!
