- Form Premium Narrow Insoles for Comfort & Maximum Pain Relief, Ideal for Narrow Shoes & Boots

Trying to make shoes fit properly is a life-long struggle for tall women with narrow feet. Here is what I learned about successfully finding an insole for a size 13 with a narrow heel and medium metatarsal (Women's 13 - former athlete here and very tall). The apparent solution is: Narrow insoles! Buying the "right" size narrow insole for my size foot (13 in this case) will increase the length but also the width of the arch area (the size 13 ones goes to a D width). I purchased a smaller size (Men's 10-10.5, Women's 11.5-12) and the arch area fit perfectly into the shoes -- not too wide. The length and width were perfect as Women's 11.5-12 is a C width (not the D for the next size up because that would not cup my heel). These are not "cushy" but conform to a footbed. They are comfortable to me. However, my foot gets weirder in that it also has a high arches and these insoles didn't quite feel high enough for me to feel the support -- but it is there. If you have moderate arches, and long feet, take note - these will probably work for you!

So happy I found insoles that come in a narrow width! Regular width insoles stretch out the heels of my shoes and make my heel slide out. These seem to support my arches just as well as the brand I had used previously, but I don’t need to trim them with scissors to get them to fit in my shoes! Will buy more next Black Friday!

I ordered the correct size for my Chelsea boots, and they are much too wide. I can't even get them into the boot. They are going back. Seller provided a free return label. They seem well made, but I'll never know if they would have worked for me.

I have flat feet and wear topsiders with little to no insoles. They can become fatiguing on long walks. I bought the Form insoles but was worried the arch would be pronounced and cause blisters. I'm happy to report that the insoles give me arch support without being too intrusive. l can now wear my topsides on long walks without fatigue.

The FORM orthotic insole fit perfectly into my athletic shoe (Hoka Graviota 5). I had ordered the narrow size. The insole fit my foot well but it was too firm. If it had a layer of cushion on top it would have been comfortable. I had to return it for a refund.
