RTFM: Red Team Field Manual v2

For such a small book(more like a pamphlet) it is suprisingly packed with useful info,tidbits and shortcuts you might not have known.Handy little companion book mroe than anything and it does it very well. While not a comprehensive manual it serves it purpsoe well and delivers its information very well!

seriously if you pen test, get this

It's basically a book of script kiddie CLI cantrips. They don't really explain anything and if you know your way around the tools in the book and read man pages (RTFM, literally) its not very useful. But it looks pretty cool. Okay as a reference. Not very good as a learning tool.

Version 2.0 what’s not to like? More stuff and better laid out

I bought the first version of this book about 4-5 years ago, if which I learned a fair bit from it and it shaved a bit of time when I was stuck. Now, knowing ther reviews talk about Google. Well knowing what to Google is half the battle, in a pinch this book will be very handy to any InfoSec professional... Red or Blue. Whilst you can still find the contents of the book on Google, we should all understand the importance of redundancy already.

Amazing to have for either beginners or pros provides everything in a clear prompts and format easy to understand and use when needed has lots of info on windows small section for Mac OS and small/medium section for Linux and tools in between all of it
