It worked great. Stays on til you wash it out. Color matched my hair pretty well. If you don't spray too much on any one area it all looks natural and it covers gray.

Love this product, I normally don’t buy items like this I usually let my hair grow out and then dye it again. But I bought this and absolutely covers my gray and makes my hair look and feel thicker. To make it blend in I sometimes lightly spray a little on the sides of my hair it gives it a little two tone streak look which I love. It does make my hair feel a little sticky but it really looks amazing.

I have used Clairol’s Root Touch-Up for a few years now. It is easy to use and definitely covers my silver roots when I don’t feel like dying my hair or for longer stretches of time in between dye jobs. This last can seems to have been sitting for some time because the coverage wasn’t as good as normal. About 1/3 of the way through the can it improved. Definitely shake the can well between uses. Clairol is the best deal that I’ve come across since you get almost 1.5 times as much as other brands per can. It only loses one star because it does transfer to my trucker hats even when it is fully dried. Not something I love. It makes my caps look dirty on the inside. And if you scratch your head the color can transfer to your nails. . . Other than that it does stay in my hair until the next washing.

Great color, so easy before a dinner, outing etc.. blends effortlessly I love it!

Worked great to darken my hair for a theatrical production and was very natural looking. It waded out easily and completely.
