Well, I just received this heating pad late yesterday afternoon and used it last night. The product was packaged well, and the control is easy to use with good options on heat setting (in degrees F) and choices in length the pad will be on before shutting off. Soooo, based on that one night's use I rate the pad highly. The fabric especially has a good fell. This is a 17 inch wide one. My old heating pad is12 inches wide and I was constantly moving it around on my back as I sit in my recliner. This wider one is just perfect since I can place it on the back of my recliner, sit down and the pad covers my whole back so there is no shifting around needed. Overall, a good heating pad and large enough to fit my need for heat on my back while I read or watch TV. It has good levels of heat which you can choose from and different times in operation which you can also choose.

I have to say this is a great heating pad. Use it in bed and lay on even though they say not to BUT all say that. Low heat is perfect doing this for back and leg nerves for pain relief. Length is ideal. Even wrapping my arm. Timer I like very much as well knowing it will turn off at settings and not waste power. Soft and durable.

Love the size and soft feel of the pad. Like the various heat settings and that the display shows the temperature selected. The length extends to your entire back. Also has a nice cord length

Absolutely perfect! Gets very hot which I love and it times out to 3 hours which is cool! Long electric cord. Lots of settings and the size is great up n down but side to side it could be wider.

Will loosen up and help any part of this old fart's body (what DOESN'T ache????), The length also enables me to use it as a warm blanket. Good price too.

WOW. I almost never write reviews but this heating pad definitely deserves a good one. It’s extra large and very generous in size, the material is soft but even better than that it doesn’t bunch up or itch. It heats up quickly and lets you choose the exact temperature you want- this was well worth the price.

I've bought a couple of heating pads and blankets in the past three years. They are great to have and use on cold weather days and my cramps days . They've helped me keep my electricity down year after. It soft,nice color and it wasn't expensive at all. The only complaint I, and that is for all of them, is that they have very short life span. This one especially had an even shorter battery life, less than six months, it's already showing me an error message and won't heat up. Please keep in mind that I've used it almost every day, or about 4 days out of tge week. And I wish my warranty covered it but I don't think so. So no matter how good something is, there's no point if it doesn't work. Reason for my rating. I will update to a 4 stars because customer service was willing to refund.
