The bat was great for first couple of days. Did not need it for a long time. House flies came in all of a sudden. Recharged it. Used it, and got rid of one fly. Then, the thing died. Just like that. Thought charger had gone bad. Tried a bunch of chargers, nope. Thing is dead, couldn't give it an electric shock to revive it.

Firstly the battery will not last more than a few minutes, so forget running it on a battery. Even when plugged in, in a dark room with flies in the room, they go anywhere but towards the light. I do not think the light is strong enough at all to attract them. Total waste of money, avoid avoid avoid.

The best one to kill flies and mosquitos but it says that it’s safe to touch and we had a bad accident trying to kill one fly against somebody that was almost electrocuted, it hits hard! Be extra careful! We are using it with more precautions with us and the pets around

As description says, keep it on stand and flies will get attracted towards it … does not happen. Only if you can get Hold of the fly, it will work, which is a task.

not the best item especially if you are ordering because of the protection guard. Protection guard is also charged with the shock.

Stopped working and connection came loose after 2 Weeks

Beste Fliegenklatsche, die ich bisher hatte. Das Gitter ist sehr feinmaschig – erwischt auch kleinste Fliegen, die bei anderen durchschlüpfen. Funktioniert einwandfrei und zuverlässig. Einziges Manko: Lässt sich nur über die Ladestation aufladen, nicht am Gerät selbst. Hilfsbereiter Service. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Stark och bra, lite dyrare än de flesta men den funkar perfekt

Parto scrivendo che è ancora poco che utilizzo questa racchetta ammazza insetti e perciò valutarne la longevità è ancora un azzardo. Nel caso di problemi tornerò a rivedere la mia valutazione. Ora mi focalizzo sull'efficacia di questo prodotto: funziona e funziona bene. Come da descrizione, può essere utilizzato come racchetta e di conseguenza separato dalla sua base di riposo/ricarica così da dedicarsi personalmente alla caccia delle zanzare (per es.), oppure, come faccio spesso io, inserito nella sua base di ricarica, alimentata e con luce attira insetti accesa. Devo dire che mi ha sorpreso perché anche in modalità "statica" e con una luce non troppo intensa, attira ed elimina insetti fastidiosi senza dargli una seconda chance. Un però c'è e qui mi rifaccio al titolo di questa recensione. A mio malgrado, sono costretto ad utilizzare la racchetta solo in determinate occasioni ovvero quando il mio cane non si trova nei paraggi. Sembra una sciocchezza ma il mio cane, di piccola taglia, è terrorizzato dallo schianto/rumore che si produce quando un insetto viene intercettato dalla racchetta stessa. Devo dire che le prime volte un piccolo sobbalzo l'ho fatto pure io; il rumore è molto forte e il contestuale lampo di luce lo è altrettanto. Fa un rumore che ricorda uno scoppio! Il cane ne è totalmente terrorizzato! Per cui il mio utilizzo si limita alle serate in cui il cane ha piani diversi e non resta in casa.. Termino dicendo che i materiali utilizzati sono leggerini e questo è positivo perché rende maneggevole l'utilizzo della racchetta e negativo perché insomma sembra "plastichina". In conclusione sono contento terrore del cane a parte..

Works great, even just sitting there charging. Startles the cats quite a bit, tho.
