Does anyone know how to remove this screen protector from your controller?

Simply pick it up with your fingernail and peel it off.

Any suggestions for an actual case for Omnipod 5?

The omni pod 5 should have come with a case included. It’s a thin rubber like material that provides some protection. Sugarmate also sells a few cases for the 5, just as they did for earlier versions. I know of no other cases.

If our Omnipod 5 glass screen is already cracked will this still work?

I am not sure, mine was new when I put the screen on. They are pretty sturdy, so it might help further cracking.
