I would probably have a small plate engraved, like the ones they put on trophies. They come with a very strong doublestick adhesive and only cost a couple of dollars.

Will this hold larger photo pages or sheet protectors without having them hang out?

I placed sheet protectors, photo pages/archival photo holders and tabbed dividers in the binder and then stood it on end and then picked up the binder by its spine at both the top and bottom and turned it horizontal to see if the various sheets would extend past the edge of the binders.  I have both the 1-1/2 and the 1-inch binders.  Both binder sizes hold sheet protectors without a problem with a clearance of approximately 1/2-inch.  The photo pages extend to the very edge of the binder but do not hang over the edge.  The tab of a tabbed divider sticks out approximately 1/4-inch beyond the edge of the binder when the binder is closed. I love the look and feel of these binders.  They are sturdily constructed and I've had mine for two years without any problems.  They wipe clean using just soapy water and a damp cloth.  They also have that classic look and feel.  The rings are D-rings which helps to keep the pages nice and even when the binder is open.   Hope this helps answer your questions.
