No, the Super Moss does not grow.

Can i use this for my turtle terrarium?

Personally I would not, this is dried/damp and color dyed. there is a type of moss that grows in water for a pond. I would suggest asking a fish/aquatic dealer for the kind that won't harm, discolor or perhaps rot in a terrarium for turtles. I could be wrong, but I sure would check.

Could it be possible that ecosystem been harmed at all in the harvesting of this moss?

It's nice of you to think of the environment but no, it is not harmful. Pretty sure the company grows it themselves.

Can u put the air plants directly in the moss?

I did & I've them maybe 6 weeks and they look fine. Haven't grown much tho. I also ordered the spray for these special plants.
