Absolutely love this set. 2 coats of the pink creates the perfect soap nail look and the top coat dries it down and locks it in so fast. I easily get 10+ days of wear too. I will be purchasing more colors.

V I Please #304 is an absolutely gorgeous, rich saturated beautiful cool toned red raspberry pink color. It's so flattering. The formula is buttery smooth and it glides on like a dream. The brush is amazingly efficient and it makes polishing so simple. It does all the work for you, just glide the brush down the nail and the coverage is instantly perfect. It's really wonderful. My entire manicure took me 15 minutes in total to paint on two coats of (step 1) color, then five minutes wait time, and then one coat of the Gel Couture (step 2) topcoat. It was completely dry to the touch a few minutes later. It looks so glossy and shines like glass. I am honestly blown away by this line of polish. I have used some of the best brands available in my decades as a licensed professional cosmetologist and this one rivals them all. In my opinion, it's beyond fantastic. Updated 4/9/26 to add a pic of "You Can-Dy It" - it's a gorgeous rose-pink-coral kind of mix that reminds me of spring flowers. So easy to paint on and so pretty!

Great polish- beautiful color- long lasting

I don't like to do my nails more than once a week, and I've been very please with the results of this nail polish. It lasts for a week without many chips or scratches, is easy to put on and fast-drying. Plus I feel like it has helped my nails be stronger, with less side splits.

I’m glad I got to try this Essie Gel Couture nail polish in Fairy Taylor. Color is milky light pink. It is not opaque, it’s more French manicure look. It took a few times to get used to it not to overwork it while applying. Less strokes is better, because if I continued doing more strokes the polish started to “tangle” and got messy. So, try not to rush, but do it quickly enough, so it doesn’t start to dry while applying it. When I did it first time, it came out a little streaky since I was rushing it a bit. Here, I did 2 layers here and 3rd layer is a topcoat. Topcoat gives a nice shine, similar to real gel. I like the nice and clean look. I am also pleasantly surprised how quickly this polish dries, so that is definitely a big plus. It dries within 10 mins (to the touch) and it’s fully dry within an hour. The only downside is it only lasts 3-4 days before it starts chipping. I am typically careful with my hands and use gloves. I typically wear this polish in this color for about 5 days before I take if off. It comes off easily with acetone free nail polish remover.

I've gone through a lot of different top coats over the years and this is the best one. It makes the nail polish last longer than anything else I've used, that's a winner to me. It also has a good shine. Unusual bottle shape is unnecessary, though, inconvenient to hold, but it is not a big deal compared to its benefits.

I have been using the Essie gel couture two-step nail polish for a long time now. I absolutely love it. I usually get about a week and a half of wear out of it, but that’s also with me washing a lot of dishes and my hands a lot. I love the finish of the gel colors! I absolutely love the Haute to Trot color. I got it for Valentine’s Day, and my husband said it was super feminine and pretty on me. He loved it too. It’s very easy to apply and I think it dries fairly quickly. It’s way cheaper than going to a nail salon so I just keep doing them at home. This brand has a lot of amazing colors so it’s fun to change it up often. Removal of the polish is very easy as well if you have a good nail polish remover.

I have very soft brittle nails that bend and break easily. Regular gel polish lifts away from my nail bed after about a week, so they never last 2 weeks and are an absolute waste of time and money. Essie Gel Couture polish REALLY does last at least 10 days on hands and 3 weeks on toes. 1st, I clean/dry my nails with alcohol to remove any oils, then apply 3 coats of color (if it's sheer like Gossamer) and 1 coat of Essie Gel Couture top coat. My nails look the same after 5 days. No visible chips or wear. On day 5, I add another Essie top coat to get another 5 days of chip-less color and shine. Some users noted issues with drying time. My solution: place nails under a UV/fan light to dry for 1 minute between coats and for another 1 minute after the top coat. Nails are completely dry to a light touch in 5 minutes and cured in about 10 minutes. I'll definitely order more colors, as I may have finally found a long lasting polish combo! Note: I've used the Essie Gel Couture top coat over other polish brands, and it helped keep my nails chip/wear free for at least 7 days.
