Wow. After many laptops and several permutations of various ‘shield protectors’ this product makes the mark. It was a quick installation a very sure fit and the milling is precise.Now, i feel my laptop is well protected.

This case fits my Mac perfectly and lines up with all the ports and vents without interfering with normal use. Installation was simple and removal is easy when needed. The surface feels like it’ll resist fingerprints and light scuffs, and it adds confidence without feeling bulky.

We got a new MacBook for Christmas and wanted some protection and found this. It snaps on perfectly to MacBook Pro 14. Not heavy, sturdy and durable. It’s easy to attach and doesn’t interfere with any ports.

This was what I'd expected in terms of material suppleness and fitment... but the clips are made of the same TPU as the corners, quite soft... so will it stay clipped-on in an actual drop? I hope so. Initial impressions... Pros: good quality and precision for price; no mods with an Xacto knife needed to install, unlike other case in this price range. Feel this balance of features, materials and price could be a good product for both seller and buyer. Black-rimmed clear version is quite attractive and seems sturdy enough for its expected duty, plus will show fewer scuffs when they do happen. Almost 2 oz slimmer than my other TPU-protected case; will save that for taking the machine into riskier environments, like the work site. Cons: Flexible case material also means the precision fit for clips can be compromised in a drop, esp those for the bottom half. Slippery footpads as mentioned by another customer; going to scuff them with a bastard-cut nail file, to give more traction to the TPU feet w/o embedding hard, scratching media from sandpaper. Think in a version 2.0, any small complaints mentioned here can be refined into non-relevance. As it is, I feel a strong 4 stars, just shy of 5. Would buy again -- if this level of quality can be maintained ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️__

Updated review: As soon as I submitted the return, the seller reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience. They worked with me and sent me another Hard Shell Case in a different color (clear) and it fit perfectly. Although it wasn't the color I initially wanted, I'm just happy that I have a case that fits my laptop. This seller cares about their customers and it turned out to be a really great experience! This laptop case did not fit my laptop, even though it states that it should fit my specific make/model of laptop. One side fit perfectly but I could not get the other side to fit. It was not made wide enough. False advertising. I received this earlier today and I already have the return scheduled. So unfortunate.

When I bought my Mac I bought this case with it thinking I would need one. But now that I've used the Mac for a couple months I ended up taking the case off. It seems to add too much weight and pulls top half back a bit more and I'm afraid it will wear on the hinges over time. It also doesn't completely shut when it has both the top and bottom cover on causing dust and whatever else to seep in. If you want a case, go for it. But also if you treat it like the expensive device it is you may not need the case as much as you think you do. I may just get an extra sleeve for it for when I am traveling.

This case is awesome! The feel and the look is sophisticated, not cheap and super easy to snap on. I love it!
