Works great! If you keep it in the freezer all the time leave it out for a few minutes before putting it on or your forehead gets too cold - otherwise it works super well can get rid of my bad headaches without medication

I've tried better

Too big, strong chemical scent, does not provide enough pressure. Even though there is full coverage at the top of the head, there isn't any gel there and doesn't make it any better than other migraine caps I've tried.
