Great product which is more than people realise. Gut health is so important, our bodies need good bacteria, over and apposed to bad bacteria. With these capsules its one a day, and forget it. Thiers no odours, they are tasteless, take one first thing am and your good to go. Reasonably priced.

I am very happy with this product indeed. I have now been taking one capsule each morning for nearly four months and I have noticed the result. I would highly recommend this product, ones morning movements have been noticed and approved by ones self . Much more energy , less bloating , invigorated and ones weight has dropped. I must admit I do supplement this at 04.30hrs each morning with x 2 bromelain ( 2400GDU/500MG capsules , x 1 berocca orange flavour dissolved in half pint of filtered tap water along with x2 tablespoons of China seeds soaked in extra Virginia olive oil ( x1 shot glass soaked for ten minutes ) then washed down with another half pint of filtered tap water . Excellent for making fermented vegtables.
I have tried loads of probiotics over the years. This has by far the best results. Note: the chlorine, fluorine, and chloramine in tap water kill Lactobacillus Salivarius, so to feel the true benefits you will need to drink natural, spring, or filtered water. The same is true for the water you use for fermenting.

Probiotic yoghurt
So far I've used this to make a probiotic yoghurt that - hopefully! - is beneficial to my oral health. It seems a little pricey for the content but my gums are worth it.
