Does the side step slowly light up when you approach the vehicle like the OEM lights?

Honestly I have never noticed the rate the rocker panel lights illuminate. I'd say probably not in response to your "slowly light up like OEM lights". In essence, LED is typically on or off. The OEM bulbs might give that slow-glow effect because of the nature of having to warm up the filament. Hope that answer your question.

It would be nice if the seller told us how many watts the lights were? how many lumens….or literally anything about the lights.

Hello, I feel sorry to say, bu these replacement Lexus GX460 interior LED lights kit pacakge includes several different version LED bulbs. Each bulb is about 1-2 watts and about 200-300 lumens. Hope this would help you. Thank you!
