Worked great on our American Standard toilet and seat. I would say it's actually a better replacement than the original bolts. Perfect fit!

I was surprised that these fit my toilet. It is made by Madison, not a common brand. They were easier to change and instantly improved the problem I had with closing the lid properly.

It would be great if there were exact measurements so I could tell if it would work with my Woodbridge toilet seat, but there aren't, so took a guess since it was a recommended item that should fit. It does, but not the satisfying click of the OEM seat bolt version, so it's a bit wobbly, but I can fix that to ensure it's solid. Not the fault of the manufacturer as I already knew the bolts look a bit different, so it does work, just make sure your replacement is 1-for-1 (again, I knew mine wouldn't be). They were too big and didn't fit what we needed them for. Sent them back.

I'll be honest, had I realized how these work when we bought the toilet they go to, I'd not have bought that toilet. Yes they are easier to install than the traditional toilet seat where you have to at least hold the nut under the toilet bowel while tightening the top, but that said, this particular type of toilet fastening just doesn't seem to hold up as well. We have 3 bathrooms, and only one of them has this style of seat connection and honestly the other 2 have given me so much less grief. The original ones (came with the toilet) tarnished and became loose in about a year. So, after doing a google search just to figure out what these things were called, i found these here on Amazon. These particular ones were easy to install, but my first attempt they became loose and the toilet seat was crooked for a couple weeks before I took the seat off, re-centered and tightened them down again. So far so good.

The product is great and works exactly as described. I just wanted to help out anyone who finds themselves needing longer bolts: M5 70mm fine thread worked for me since the stock bolts aren’t long enough.

Ease to install, durability and money value no compares, I never though it was so practical, in my house the guest bathroom toilet it was installed to near the wall so the modern design doesn’t have a way to handle any repairs this piece was a saver I did it my self no hassle.

Lo instalé hace varios meses y no se como no lo compré antes. Tenía la tapa rota desde febrero y pensé en comprar una, pero después de arreglarlo con este kit está mejor q cuando cambie el inodoro, ya q estas piezas son de mejor calidad, las originales se rompieron a los dos años, veremos cuanto duran estas.

These were a direct replacements for the original ones that snapped. Hoping it’s not a design fault and these last longer. Easy to use and fit.
