Droopper Bottle is Easy to Use and So Far No Bad Results
I do not spend much time in the sun, and am experiencing some fatigue and musccle weakness which can be due to a lack of Vitamin D3. I researched and tried a couple of other D3 brands and was not pleased with them since both seemed to upset my stomach. Maybe it's just me - too sensitive, but when learning about this Triquetra brand I decided to give it a try. It has only been a few days, and I'm not taking an entire dropper full since that would be 5,000 IU's which, from wheat I've read, is 'way too much. So far I've only used 5 drops a day rather than the entire dropper full (I'm really cautious about taking anything new). Recommended amounts appear to be 600 to 800 IU's per day. More can be taken if there is a big deficiency in D3, but the 'experts' don't actlually seem to agree. For now, 5 drops is fine, but will add more eventually to see whether that helps. I'm also adding ubiquinol which is good for the heart. Two new things at once, so I'm going slow with both of them.

Since it’s hard to evaluate this product and it’s only been going on 2 weeks all I can say those pills are holy cow big hard to swallow, but I am grateful that the ingredients in them all wholesome and usDA grade
