Is the bill firm or flimsy? Will it hold its shape once it gets wet/sweaty?

The bill is, I think “plastic” plastic inside the mesh. Haven’t had it wet yet but, pretty sure it’ll hold its shape. I always have to shape my bill and they seem to hold pretty well. Overall, I really like the hats.

Does it have stretch?

It is adjustable and the adjustable elastic is stretchy. The elastic adjustable band is the only stretchy part of the hat.
