I've only recently switched to this multi collagen peptide powder but so far I like it. I've been using collagen, mostly bovine, in my coffee for 20 years. It's great for skin, hair, nails and I hardly have any wrinkles at 55. I wanted to switch it up and use marine and poultry as well as bovine. This has it all and also has probiotics, score! It dissolves instantly and completely in my coffee with no taste. I'm happy.

Be consistent, use daily to see results. Every morning, before coffee, i take 10 Oz of room temperature water, squeeze of 1 lemon, 1 scoop of this collagen peptides.
