Faulty device. Batteries died in both ear buds after only 10 days of purchasing earphones. Charged case for whole day but not working.

I recently purchased a Zebronics product, and honestly, I was quite disappointed. The design and features of the product feel extremely outdated, almost like something from a few years ago. In today's fast-evolving tech world, the product seems to lack modern functionalities and innovation. The build quality also doesn't give a premium feel, and the overall experience doesn’t meet the expectations set by the brand. I would highly recommend that Zebronics invest in updating their products to match current trends and technologies. At this point, it just feels like they are stuck in the past."
