An absolute godsend!! It's so soothing and works on the pain I have in my knee so we'll to the point it goes away. I also find after using it the flexion in my knee joint is much better.Have always suffered with this inflammation, used ibuprofen gel and other topical creams, but this ice pack is the best.It's great value for money, easy to freeze and use. Good quality and large enough to cover an adequate area.Pretty sure you could use it on other parts, so it's versatile and also portable.

My partner ordered this knee ice pack wrap after having a knee replacement, it was very well used after his surgery to help with the swelling , it wrapped around his knee and it didn’t make everything wet like usual ice packs , would 100% recommend 👍

Tore my calf muscle and this has been a god send, adjustable straps to fit all size legs, it’s alot bigger than I thought which is great, initially said for knee but can be a multi use to actually strap on shoulder,arm,knee,leg etc, put into freezer and doesn’t take long to freeze and long lasting, it’s comfy and can walk around with it on or just rest, i been using it a few times a day for 20 mins and it’s helped ease my muscle injury well it’s helped it heal

This is a practical and very effective item. It has helped my husband after he injured his knee while gardening. It is no trouble to use; it is well-made; the straps are sturdy with strong velcro; and it is comfortable to wear. The company was quick to respond to our query. We highly recommend this product.

This was bought for my husband to use after his knee replacement - it was absolutely fantastic! So easy to use and worked effectively!

If you leave them in the freezer for a few hours they are stiff when you get them out and don’t wrap very well and I find that you need something under the wrap to protect your skin or you get freezer burn. I wanted them as I had a total knee replacement and had a very swollen leg. They are ok and do a reasonable job but find that the top bit ( the knee part) is not as cold as the bit that goes under your leg. Certainly better than nothing and always useful to have but don’t expect too much. One good point is the Velcro fastenings.
