We ordered the doorbell/intercom with two receivers for our school, because we keep the doors locked and wanted something parents and students could use to easily alert us they are outside. The item works great! We tested it all the way down our hallway (our building is brick), and it still rang and could be talked through. It's a bit of a learning curve for some people - the talk button on the outside piece isn't functional until the bell is rung, so we've had to communicate that by making a sign and writing "press bell" on the unit. But that is certainly not a complaint, as we prefer it that way. All in all, we highly recommend the product!In addition, customer service reached out themselves to ensure we received the package, which I have never had happen before - very impressive.Edited to add: the only thing so far that would make this item even better would be if the inside receivers had little belt clips or something like that to make them easier to carry if you have to.

Great Product! Worked out great in the beginning. One of the indoor doorbells stopped working. I reached out to them and they were able to ship me out a replacement which worked great. They also reached out to make sure the product worked. Product works great!

They look good been waiting 3 hours for the batteries to charge I don't know if they work or not

Worked as expected out of the box. After one week the two indoor units went dead (LI batteries dead)Recharged to full status verified with meter. Two units now fail to show any life (KAPUT) outside unit still works.I know more than most about this kind of stuff than average person. Sent them back to MFG.
