These are incredible. Wish I knew about them before
These things are amazing. I have an extremely heavy flow. I normally run through upwards of 12 overnight size 5 pads and 6/7 ultra tampons a day on my cycle. I get rashes from the pads ( the regular maxi pads ) and they constantly feel wet. I got these and this is my first time using them. They are crazy absorbent. They always feel dry. They don’t feel bulky. I don’t find that they smell at all. They’re easy to clean and they dry rly rly fast. I will be ordering more simply bc I have such a heavy flow I need more to last so I’m not washing them constantly. They don’t irritate my skin the way normal pads do. I only have a few cons. They do slide around but I have figured out how to make it less likely to slide. They also are not very long. So they don’t go up very far in the back. I have learned how to use two at a time to cover the back end. And they are hard to snap on. This is a personal issue bc I don’t have good use of my hands that’s not the products fault. Overall I rly would recommend these to everybody. They have already paid me back just using them one period cycle. Take your time figuring out how to keep them from sliding and there’s rly no other issues. Highly highly highly recommend

PCOS & Endometriosis lifesaver Thorough review (CW: discussion menstruation)
I have had heavy periods since I was 13 and have always had to use either Ultra/ Super Ultra tampons or overnight pads because of this, and I would go through quite of few of those within a day. I wanted to find something that was more comfortable, cost effective, and had higher absorbency. While I am currently on medication to help regulate my periods, I do still have a somewhat heavy cycle. I will try to include information pertaining to my experience with the pads before medication and after. I'd already been using another brand of washable pad, and they were great as far as the amount they absorbed, but since I am plus size and they can shift a bit, they were not long enough, so I searched around and was able to find these. Currently, I have been using these pads for almost a year now and I love them. ---------- Pros: - The larger & longer size gives me more coverage, so I feel very protected when I am sleeping or even just sitting down for long periods of time. -The option of having a larger rounded end & a slightly smaller rounded end means I can wear the pad either way, depending on how heavy my flow is at that time or which direction it is going or how quickly it expels. -The microfiber feels SO much better than the plastic fibers of the disposable pads/tampons. I have no uncomfortable chaffing, and since the pad doesn't have any sticky adhesive, it doesn't get stuck to me at any point in the day. -Since it absorbs so much, I don't feel the moisture against my body, so it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a diaper nor there is a threat that I'll soak through. -It absorbs moisture quickly, which is definitely a perk for me since my flow tends to gush out suddenly and very heavily at random while I am going about my day , or if I have been in one position for too long. -There is no smell/odor. ( If you didn't know, blood only starts to smell if it's oxidized, meaning it's been in contact with air.) While there is the minor scent of fresh blood when using the bathroom, I am not walking around at work/ going about my day w/ the worry that everyone can smell that I am menstruating. The pads are super absorbent, which draws the blood deep into the pad so it can't be in contact w/ my skin or the air, so no odor. I have walked around work for an 9hr shift with my wet bag in my pocket, as I'd forgotten my backpack that day, and there was not a single hint or whiff of an odor. -They are super easy to care for. I have had one set for nearly a year and the other three for almost 9 months and they still absorb just as well as the first day. I have no staining aside from if my pad shifted due to movement (which is one of the few cons I will get into later). I rinse them under COLD water as soon as I can, as warm/hot water cant set stains. Sometimes I do this in by just turning on the shower for a few minutes until the water runs clear and I hand wring them out, other times I soak them in the washing machine with cold water, rinse with cold water and spin cycle them. Either way, after that I wash them in detergent and cold water and dry in the dryer with high heat and no softener. Hand washing and air drying would more than likely make them last longer, but since I have been doing this 9 mo- 1 year and I have seen no noticeable change. I can make an edit if I do though. -They are so much more cost effective than buying disposables, at least for me. While I didn't have periods every month due to my condition, the duration of my periods was longer, so I would say the cost for pads/tampons was still high. For example, one pack of 36 overnight pads was about $11.10 after tax and a pack of 45 Ultra tampons were about the same price. Heavy bleeding means that I was going through one tampon in less than 2 hrs, which meant I had to change them quite often during the day. I also could never use just a tampon or a pad, I always had to use both and change both out. Neither of these boxes lasted long for me so I would end up spending around $30-$40 a month for these products, and sometimes more if my cycle lasted longer than a month, which it did at times. When I started using these pads before medication, I was AMAZED at how much they absorbed. While working, I still used tampons in conjunction with them because I was unsure at how well they would work, but when I was at home, I would rely on just the pad and was complete astounded by how well they held up. With the medication I am now on (it is medroxyprogesterone if you'd like to ask your physicians about it) my flow is still somewhat heavy for my first few days of my period, but I have been able to only rely on these pads for protection. I have a few disposables just for emergencies and friends, but these have been my saving grace for me and my wallet. Cons: The only negative that I have for these pads is that I wish there was a way to better adhere them to combat shifting. I love that snap closed, and that the snaps even have two options for if you want a tighter fit, but I wish there was a way to keep them from sliding back and forth. I know one fix is something I could do, which is to find underwear with a wider gusset, as most undergarments are made with very thin ones which doesn't help. I've also considered designating specific underwear as period panties and sewing snaps onto the gusset and back of the pads so that they wouldn't shift around as much either. But in the end, I will totally deal with a little bit of shifting when there have been so many pros to making this switch. TLDR, do yourself a favor and buy these pads.

Amazing, but need backup method for heavy flow.
These pads will definitely become a staple in my cycle routine! Here are a few observations I made during my first period using them: Pros: - more absorbent than I expected! - very soft and comfortable - large size is good for my needs and night time. - cost effective, and if you time it right with laundry, more environmentally friendly - easy to put on. I read other reviews talking about them shifting, but luckily that didn’t happen to me. Cons: - more absorbent than expected, but not enough for the first two days of my very heavy cycle. - if you shed bigger pieces of uterine lining and you don't want to change the pad so often you will have to pick them off cause obviously it doesn’t absorb. Ps: I shed uterine lining pretty violently and bleed heavily. I would have had to change them every 2 hours on the first two days. Now I will say my day 1 flow still didn’t leak onto my clothing, which is impressive, but it didn’t trap all moisture. It‘s wasn‘t noticeable until I used the bathroom. When air hit the pad I noticed the excess moisture cause I felt the dampness when I pulled my panties back up. But I don't want this to discourage anymore. I think this just comes with the territory of what materials they are made out of, and my unusually heavy flow. They were perfect and lasted 5+ hours on day 3-4! No dampness, maximum comfort. I changed to using a cup on day 2 in conjunction with these pads. I like cups, but don’t love how I’m always anxious they will leak if I don’t catch the perfect timing to empty them. I think the cup catches the majority of flow and the shedded lining, while the comfy pad catches minimal overflow. Then I used the pads alone on day 3-4. Overall they are worth it to me, even if I have to use them with the cup on day 1-2. They are more comfy and cost effective than disposable pads and that seals the deal for me.

Works well
I recently started using the Asenappy 4 PCs Cloth Sanitary Pads, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my choice! As someone who prefers eco-friendly options, these reusable cloth menstrual pads are a fantastic alternative to disposable pads, especially for heavy flow and night use. The first thing I noticed was the size. These extra-large pads provide excellent coverage and security, making them perfect for overnight use. I no longer have to worry about leaks during the night, which is a game changer for my peace of mind. The absorbency is impressive; I felt comfortable and dry throughout the night, and they held up beautifully. The softness of the fabric is another highlight. The pads are made from high-quality materials that feel gentle against my skin, which is essential for my comfort during my period. The snaps are easy to use, allowing for a secure fit that stays in place all day and night, even during more active moments. I also love the included wet bag! It’s super convenient for storing used pads when I’m out and about, making it easy to carry without any fuss. The stylish design of the bag is a nice touch, too! Cleaning these pads is straightforward; I simply rinse them in cold water and toss them in the washing machine. They come out looking fresh and new every time, with no staining, which I really appreciate. Overall, the Asenappy 4 PCs Cloth Sanitary Pads are a fantastic investment for anyone looking for a reliable, eco-friendly menstrual product. With their great absorbency, comfort, and the added bonus of a wet bag, I highly recommend these pads for anyone with a heavier flow. They’ve definitely made my period experience much more comfortable and worry-free!

Soft, Absorbent, Washable, Cost Effective
These washable reusable period/ incontinence pads are so soft, absorbent, comfortable wicks well and holds alot. Wash in warm water for urine, cold/ warm for blood, and dry so fast I just use a wire hanger with clothespins and hang two at a time facing the soft sides out, and they are dry within several minutes. So appreciate being able to fold and snap them together for easy carrying. I have found for 25 pads can last for incontinence or period use for 5 to 7 days before needing to wash. Medium pads for light to medium flow period days, large ones/overnight work well for heavy days and perimenopausal flows, and are very comfortable for everyday wear as well. Medium Pads can hold quite a bit of urine, when out and about and not able to make it to the bathroom, but do use large ones for nighttime, especially if one drinks tea before bed, and are just as comfortable for day time wear. Zero smell for either liquid, though I do keep a little plastic pail next to the commode I use most, and a Spray bottle with orange, lime or lemon peel that was soaked in white vinegar for 2 weeks. I refill as needed. I spray the citrus solutlion lightly on a used pad, just to keep things neutralized and easy to clean, and take to wash when I am ready. With rising cost/tax, I figure I am saving $1.00 a pad.

Sweaty, bulky liners
These liners felt bulky because they didn't quite fold smoothly around the underwear. They are also sweaty because of the less-than breathable material. I could not help but fidget because they felt like they were moving around despite the textured/wooly back that touches the underwear. Since the size is actually quite large for a liner, it didn't move too much, but it was a feeling that I couldn't get over. Most importantly, I require a liner that is not only effortlessly comfortable but remains absorbent for up to 12h. After maybe half a work shift, I felt the discharge just not absorbing. It wasn't even blood, but it couldn't seem to handle a large amount of discharge/sweat. I have only tried this liner once, so this is based on that experience. If you have the time, you obviously could just carry around another one and replace it. I noticed a few of the liners were bigger than the others. They look hand-cut and handsewn. The sewing looks decent for the most part, but they honestly look like rags sewn up from leftover fabric of random patterns. The buttons seem sturdy, which is good, considering I don't buy the old Hestas due to the sewing around the buttons tearing apart. But these liners don't fold evenly and feel bulky and I would definitely go back to Hesta if not for the buttons. I attached separate pictures that show how they fold unevenly with both the inner and the outer buttons clasped. There's also a picture of the plastic bag it came in inside the box. When you bend the pad like it would when it's buttoned onto your underwear, the material does not lay flat. It kind of bunches up. This is what makes it seem extra bulky -- a liner should be a smooth and barely-there feeling. Lastly, let's talk about the designs. It would be so nice if we could choose the ones we want. I don't personally like to see cacti on my underwear. I get that some cactus designs are cute for some people. I wouldn't mind bleeding on flowers myself, but I am particular about the style. In the end, I definitely didn't love any of the designs I received although I could probably live with them. However, the functionality was not there for me with these liners. I will be returning.

These are great!
I have used these for a little bit now, I only used them for lighter days. Pros: way more comfortable than a store bought pad. They stayed in place and did a great job. Cons: They do tend to stink if you don't change them at least every 2 hours. The hotter the day, the sooner they stunk. However, I still prefer them over store bought. Store bought pads stink too and these are so much more comfortable.

I can't love this enough
1. No stink anymore from plastics, 2. No noisy plasticky embarrassment. 3. No trace of mine left in a trash. 4. Never feeling wet & sticky, or itchy. 5. No more skin darkening. 6. No painful rubbing in area when walking. 7. Comfy, covers well, & absorbant. 8. Not embarrassed & afraid when my kids lay their head on my thigh. 9. Not feeling discussted & grossed. The list goes on & on. I'm completely happt, & let's not forget no harmful chemicals absorbed by my body like tampons. I did buy a small foldable washer, it'd be gross to hand wash, & can't just throw in my washing machine, so the small foldable washer works perfectly with this. I'm just in love & so happy. & if I'm ever lost in the woods, I can just wash the 1 I have & wear it again. Haha, that was always a fear of mine.

Ok for light flow
Small, but wash fine. Tend to slide whilst in use. Ok for light flow days. I've used better.
