I use glasses and contact lenses. 4.25 is my prescription. Could you please tell me what magnification is the best for me?

These are not prescription lenses. They just dull the obnoxious florescent light glare from overhead lights.

What is the difference in 0.00 up to 2.00??

Based on the pictures, the frame is thicker. I purchased my pair two years ago, and the frame is thinner and the lenses are smaller and more rectangular. They have been wonderful. I wear them all day when I am at the office.

will they fit over prescription glasses?

Not really. If you really had to, it could be done, but it would be a wonky fit and no real benefit.
