Yes,I bought this saline for my hangsun cn560 nebuliser machine for adults and kids. It helps break cough and cold.I recommend using them together.

Can they be used directly in the nebulizer? Need to add water?

Just pour into the nebuliser chamber - no need to dilute (that wouldn’t be sterile) this is purely saline so no medication involved.
