Installation service was time taking to have the team come and install this product. More timely scheduling and communication needs to be improved by either Amazon or qubo group. There should be an option for users to buy more RFID cards which cant be found elsewhere. The battery indicator on the app is either faulty or inaccurate since it only shows 50% even though I stocked the lock with fully charged batteries. Otherwise a good product. Enables convenience

Does exactly as described. Installation by company was free and the executive did a good job. It is more expensive than many other brands like valencia, delta, lavna but i went for this on advice from my acquaintances. It looks too huge for a 35mm door - so ensure your door is thick and strong enough. I am not giving full 5 starts because there is room for improving this device: Should use a rechargeable compact battery instead of 8 alkaline cells which makes maintenance a hassle. Also there is no WiFi feature and to manage the lock, you need to be in bluetooth proximity of it. Would have been nice to have a camera too that would have doubled up as a doorbell feature.

Absolutely best product for your home security.Service was quick and the service person was knowledgeable. Explained the features properly.The lock is easy to use once you setup everything through the easy to use qubo application on mobile.

I'm posting this review after a few weeks usage of Qubo Smart Door Lock Select. This is really awesome Main Door lock and the smart features are very good. No need to worry about the keys, where we kept or loosing them. The finger print reader is best in class, that it can store all your family members 10 fingers, and identifies in microseconds and opens the lock. This also shows the battery percentage in your mobile app, and gives warning when the battery is too low. So you can change it before the battery dies and continuously use the Finger Print Biometric to open the door from outside. I would recomment this to all the people to go for it, as it's a reasonable price when compared to other smart locks.Installation would be done by an experienced carpenter who know how to configure and explains after installation. I'm very happy with both the product and installation.

Very good product.It is reliable and always works well some time it refuses to connect with app and needed reset. However it don't require to connect often.Another challenge is supplying code to open lock, it malfunctions and refuses to open.Rest all very well built product and installation process was great.
