Exactly what is the size on this, everybody is complaining the got a much smaller size than 1.7oz?

I ordered and reordered three or four times and got the same size container each time. However, I do not remember the size. Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

Why does this keep separating? Every day it is separated into a blob of orange sitting in a puddle of oil & I have to stir it to mix it back together.

Perhaps you are storing the cream in an area that's too hot. Change the storage location.
