I really, really recommend this berberine! I've tried several and this one really works! Has kept my blood sugar in check even on a cheat day for starchy or sugar treat though I don't do that often. Haven't noticed much weight loss with it but happy my blood sugar is normal! I recommend. Pay the extra if you can. It is not money down the drain but effective product.

I tried this on a whim. First, let me say, I didn't realize that the product would be coming in amber glass. This was a great surprise. I have since gotten 2 more supplements for family and myself. SoActive is consistent and great quality! I did notice an immediate change in that I had a heavy menstrual period when I had just ended my previous period a few days before. However, I have been feeling awesome and have noticed my skin looking even and fresh. Things that I learned about berberine are that it is great for pcos, insulin resistance, diabetes, wound healing, metabolism, etc. One article I read said it was a blood purifier. I am going to continue use. The only negative I have noticed is a light headache. I tend to do that with new supplements.
