Fantastic 2k Clear Coat!! I had a few choices and I’m really pleased I chose ERA Paints. I soaked the can in hot water for 10 minutes before shaking it for 2 more. The activator did not leak one bit like some of the other reviews. It laid on my carbon parts very nicely as well. As this was my practice set it came out pretty great with this 2K. Happy customer for sure!!

I had no idea that when carefully applied, this finish is better than OEM. After 24 hours pure clarity. After 48 hours it was a smooth mirror for color.

Have used this for 2 derby cars to finish them and give a nice gloss. The last can I got was damaged, but the seller was very attentive to this and worked with me. Kudos to them there. The gloss is great for the cars, gives them a nice finished look, and is easy to apply. Wear a face filter mask while using this though.

This brand works great and holds up well. It’s all about the prep work. I didn’t prep good the first time but redid and worked great on engine plastics holding up to the heat. Of course I cleared it too with a high temp clear.

Amazing stuff! I had a little parking lot mishap and decided to try and do the repair myself. I’m no pro, but I am handy. I sanded the section down to remove all the gloss. Then sprayed several coats of color. I sanded the color coats with 600 to get rid of drip marks and debris. I followed with this clear coat. It took multiple coats before it started to shine but once finished it looks showroom. My son asked if I had it professionally painted! He was very impressed when I told him I did it with spray cans. There was no need to buff it out. It looks amazing! The whole process took a day. It’s already been through the car wash and I haven’t had a problem yet. I hope it lasts.

Not very happy with this. It’s fairly easy to use but I’m not pleased with the quality. The day after I used it, I thought it looked fantastic but now after a week, I’ve had air bubbles appear and it feels like the paint is about to chip in several places. The thing is, I’ve not even driven anywhere! It’s sat in the garage since using it. I prepped it like I was supposed to, made sure it was in the right temperature, cured the length of time it was supposed to but it’s just poor quality. Every day I go to the garage, I’m seeing new air bubbles appear. Total waste of $30.
