I bought these because I have some physical limitations and cannot get to a gym. With this set to receive a light to medium resistance pink band, a medium resistance purple band, and an extra bonus… A cooling towel. It also comes in a very handy pouch. I took everything out. I tried out the pink band first. This also comes with a handy booklet showing different types of exercises. The pink band gave me with light resistance when I did not tighten it as much and medium when I tied tighter. The purple band give me a medium resistance loose and a higher resistance when I made it tighter. What I really love about these bands is that they are very long which means that you could tie them to something, use them for yoga, or do many different exercises depending on your level of comfort. They are also latex free which is huge for me because I have a latex allergy. Most of you might not want to know this but there is no smell. The cooling towel is great to put around your neck and keep you cool while you are working out. There are endless uses for these resistance bands. I went on YouTube and just got some basic exercises. I love being able to stretch my muscles and hope to gain tone and flexibility. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who might like to try them for yoga, muscle stretching, toning etc. I will leave pictures below. I've been really happy with these exercise bands. We have a weight set up in our house and we use these to wrap around the bars and use as a cross over exercise. They've been a great addition to our home gym! They come in a handy black bag to keep them from getting lost or cluttering up our space. The quality is great and the material is high quality. They seem to be a product that will last us a very long time. Very happy with them.

Works well, they haven’t snapped on me yet! Although it says non-latex the powder on them makes me itch a little.

Good quality bands. They're the perfect length to use for knees if you have bad knees like mine because mine move back and forth and using these bands helps it be put back in place I like that they came with a bag, so I have somewhere to keep them.
