I love this case! It’s so classy and roomy and works for most airlines if not all. I get tons of compliments! Don’t hesitate, buy it! Just ordered two more for my daughters. The white looks sooo good!! No issues yet after almost a year of traveling back and forth to the beach multiple times. The best carry-on ever!

I'm traveling more and this is my 3rd Hanke hard shell suitcase and I'm very happy with my purchase. The suitcase is light, easy to use, durable (traveled more than 6000 miles, multiple airlines) and the size is just right for carry on or check-in. The handle is smooth and easy to use and I had no issue with the wheels.

Why more suitcases don’t open from the front instead of the traditional clamshell style is beyond me. After using this design, I don't think I could ever go back. Being able to pack everything in one main compartment and strap it down securely makes much better use of space. The front laptop pocket and organizational compartments are well thought out and super convenient for business travel. Build quality feels excellent, and I expect this to last for many trips to come. The only downside—and the reason for 4 stars—is that accessing the main compartment requires opening the laptop flap first. It’s a little awkward and not the smoothest implementation. That said, it’s a minor issue considering how easy it makes it to grab your laptop quickly while on the move. Overall, a solid and thoughtfully designed carry-on that I highly recommend, especially for short business trips.

So far this carryon suit case has worked well for several plane trips. Pushes easy, the wheels work well. I like this hard side carry on because it is not a clamshell case like most so I don’t need as much room for it in a hotel room to open it.

I was very excited to receive this suitcase. It arrived on time and in good condition (no dents or scratches). The front pocket is larger than I expected and can fit my 17" laptop. The main storage space is a lot smaller than I envisioned and likely will not be suitable for my needs. This suitcase would fit into my old 20" suitcase minus the wheels. My biggest disappointment is that the suitcase scratches very easily. After I received the suitcase I placed it on my wood floor to open it and place items in it to examine the storage capacity. When I was finished, the entire back side had scratches all over it as if it has been on several trips in an overhead bin. It's a beautiful suitcase, but it won't be after 1 trip.

Purchased this for my one week of vacation when it was on sale. Zipper and locks were smooth n simple to use and I liked it had inner zipper cover to seal the content and there’s separated pockets to put small things in front. I had to change hotels 3 times and Rollers worked great and very smooth and quiet moving hotels few times ! Compare to my family’s cheaper carry on, my rollers glide w minimal noise on roads , bumpy curves, inside airports and hotels ..and very easy to push it around!

I travel 3-4x a week, and really liked this bag...but then the zipper broke after 4 months. I could not (and still cannot) find Hanke customer service on the internet, so I called Amazon. They couldn't help either, and suggested I try the link on the product page. I did. Haven't heard anything in two weeks. Buy it if you want, but recognize that without any customer support, the warranty is worthless.

This bags zipper broke the second time I flew with it spilling out all my personal items in the airport. I tried to fix the zipper and it worked until I got to my destination in which it broke again. I keep trying to fix it and it works and then breaks again. Very disappointed since I am currently traveling and this bag is supposed to keep my personal items safe. Unfortunately it’s passed the date to return the item but it is defective and unusable.

パソコンが入るポケットがあるのが決め手で購入しましたが、この前ポケットのマチ部分のためにジッパーが閉めづらい。 カラーが可愛いのですが、最近よく見るもっと安価な商品も似たカラーリングがあるので、そちらにすれば良かったと思っています。

Finally got what I really want. Easy to carry and the rollers are smoothly strolling. The front opening has many pockets/ compartments to use for .

Bought two of these 20" Carry On suitcases, because, after much research, felt the front opening carry on would be most convenient for our use. They were used this past winter and going through security was much easier with the front opening laptop section. It was easy to pull out and return after we cleared security. I find the top loading style allows for easier packing as it is an open space than you can fill to your requirements. My other carry on bags always irritated me as, once you packed something in and wanted to get at it, you had to try and find it - usually at the bottom! These bags were easy to maneuver, fit easily in overhead bins and hold a lot. We actually checked one of these on our return trip. It had a zip on protective cover but I was still worried about the condition in which it would arrive. Not a mark on it. So that's a bonus to know it's safe to check. Since we are so happy with these two carry on bags, we just ordered 2 of the 28" checked bags and the foldable under seat personal item bag. Hanke is, in my opinion, a good product. Bonus, great sale price during Prime Days.
