Nice clear picture, definitely recommend this model.
So far this camera system has been amazing I liked this one so much I purchased a second one for my truck. With the rear camera this card is pretty small and fills up quickly. When you hit bumps, it'll sometimes lock the data because it thinks there may have been an incident. When your card fills up with protected data you lose the ability to save new data so if you have an incident, it will not be recorded. You need to make sure that you keep this card with open space in the event you need evidence. The camera I got for my truck was only a front facing camera and it had a larger card, so I swapped the cards in the vehicles. I have had a few issues trying to review data on my phone, I had someone sideswipe the back of my bumper and I was trying to give the officer the vehicle that I believe did it when he backed out of the parking spot and I was unable to pull it up on scene. I had to go home and use my computer and email it to the officer. I'm not the most tech savvy so this may be something that I am doing wrong, you do need to stop the recording before you try to access your data. The second Dash cam I bought started giving me trouble it would turn on and then right back off, it turns out that my power cord had a short, so when I hardwired this camera into my car, I just this power cable to my truck and have had no problems. Running the rear camera cable probably took about 45 minutes and was relatively easy for me, none of the wiring is exposed, I know other people have had problems.

Great Camera. Horrible Phone App. Bad Tech Support.
I had a hard time getting the iPhone App to connect to the camera at the start. I followed the support page's recommended solution. They do not provide a tech support number. You can open a chat bot which eventually will connect you to a Tech Support agent. I did. After restating my problem, I waited 10 minutes for the agent to say something. I asked if they were still there; no answer. I finally disconnected as I had other things to do. I received an email through Zendesk (their support ticket mgmt system) later, recommending that I follow the same procedure i had already tried. I have 45 years experience as a software engineer and have provided Tier 2 Tech Support service myself. To sum up: 1) The phone app has wi-fi connectivity problems. 2) Tech Support is terrible. I finally was able to get the iPhone to connect for the initial firmware update after googling. You have to turn off cellular data on your iPhone. However, the My NextBase app does not work in the car. This is necessary if you want to download files from the camera without removing it from your car - which is cumbersome if you have a rear camera attached. To connect to the camera you must connect to its wireless network. This disconnects you from Apple Car play however, and the car keeps trying to re-establish that connection. If you turn off the car (and the power to the camera) the app will tell you that you cannot download files unless you connect the camera to external power. I have 45 years of designing and writing software, and this is one of the worst implementations of an app I have ever come across. ----- 2025 Update after a couple of years. I discovered by accident that if you simply temporarily disable Apple Play for your car model in your iPhone settings, you can then connect and download videos as designed. Pity that this simple fix wasn't covered in the FAQs on their website OR provided by tech support. Upgrading from a One to a Three Stars for decent camera but still horrible tech support.

Excellent video quality
I would like to be able to move the rear-view picture-in picture to the top of the screen so that it would not interfere with the front view as much.

Not as described! Junk!
Rear camera sold separately but you’re charged for a combo. Camera freezes and glitches! Not worth the price.
