To NegativeReviewers: As with any screw, if you dont pay attention you can strip the allen head and obviously use your own not the included one. The herlcup is not lower than normal, your feet are soft and you chose keep skating with open blister again no fault of the skate mfgr. Make sure your reviews are fair people! These skates work perfect for myself and others
