Are there wall mount instructions included?

Actually, it is not a hard job and friendly for a non-professional personal user to assembly onto wall mount. Just 3 stpes needed as following: First step, put all network cables needed into the back rj45 socoket of keystone loaded on patch panel. Second step, assembly detachable back bar into the patch panel, fasten the network cable onto the back bar to sturdy cable and back bar. This stpe is very important to secure keystone, cable and back bar. Third step, put the whole patch panel onto standard 19 inch wall mount and screw the screw included. Then you will finish the job. We will renew our A+ page for this intruction soon, and you can turn to that page again for more detailed information. Hope my answer solve your problem. It is really easy hand and time save for personal user.

Is this compatible with PoE?

Rapink Patch Panel 24 Port Cat6A with Inline Keystone 10G Support are mainly used for netwrok transmission. It is not suggeted for POE function. Thanks.

The pictures say it is cat6a and the text says cat 6, the video also has conflicting titles. what standard are the couplers?
