Used this for awhile. We both take it. We feel more focused. Clear headed.

I have insomnia & take the highest amount of my prescription for insomnia. Even so, I wake often through the night and struggle to fall back asleep. I wake feeling refreshed and rested. If you seek the same, try it.

The first week of use, these helped me fall asleep within 30 minutes. However, the don’t keep me sleeping. I woke up after a few hours consistently. They don’t work as well for falling asleep after a couple of weeks but still help. The bottle has a lot of loose powder in it, which I assume, came from inside the capsules. Capsules are fairly large.

I was recommended this item from a friend because I was telling her my mother was having hard time sleeping through the night. Quite the surprise to get such a positive feedback from my mother! She usually is skeptical on these types of supplements. It worked very well that my mother recommended it to her friends.

This is a great product if you have a hard time falling asleep. After taking it for a while, I did a test where I didn’t take it for a few days, because I personally believed that the effect was maybe placebo. I had a noticeably difficult time falling asleep on the days that I did not take it, and opposite feeling on the days that I did. I will note, this doesn’t keep you asleep, I still wake up in the middle of the night sometimes, but most of the time I am able to get back to sleep. This is the best thing I have tried for a sleep aid aside from melatonin or Benadryl, but obviously this is much preferable.
