Can this usb c charge macbook air and ipad pro 12.9 at the same time?

The USB C only outputs 15W. You can charge, but it will be slow. If I'm using my MacBook while charging, the 15W can't keep up with the power demand and the battery falls slowly.

Will this work in Jordan

It does not work at all because the plug does not stay in the socket, it falls out on its own weight, even before you plug anything into it. DO NOT GET IT, it is useless.

Will this charge a laptop while in thw uk, france, and switzerland?

Dear customer， our universal travel adapter is applicable to more than 200 countries around the world, including the United States, UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Germany, Iceland, Spain, Australia, Japan and so on. Because it has built-in 4 plugs: type C, type G, type I, and type A. And the USB C port provides 15W 3.0A, which can charge your electronic device. Thank you.
