COSRX Vitamin E Sunscreen SPF 50, Natural Glow, for Oily Skin, 1.69 fl oz

This is my first time trying a K-Beauty SPF. I am a huge k-beauty fan, and this SPF didn't disappoint. I heard somewhere the best SPF is one you will actually wear... this is the one for me! I have combination normal to oily skin that is acne prone. This goes on really easily, leaving no white or blue cast like I get with some SPFs. It is light and really hydrating. It does leave my skin slightly oily, but it's not heavy or pore clogging. I've used this for a few weeks now and I haven't experienced any new breakouts. I wore this under my foundation, and it worked better than I anticipated. I typically have issues with my foundation sliding if I use the wrong kind of moisturizer underneath. This one didn't cause any issues! I use this on my upper eye lids (under my eyebrows) and haven't had any issues with eye-burning, that is a huge plus for me! I really like that this is SPF 50. I know 30 should be enough, but because I use retinol and skin lightening ingredients regularly, I feel better with the added sun protection. I would recommend this to anyone with normal, oily, or even slightly dry skin wanting a lightweight SPF that will work under foundation and not cause breakouts.

This is the first time I’ve bought this version of the sunscreen from this brand; I think it’s good, though I do feel it could be improved regarding how greasy it feels upon application. It doesn't leave a visible white cast, but it does slightly lighten the skin tone. It is somewhat heavy and thick, so you have to spread it well. I like the packaging—it’s practical and doesn't leak. It feels a bit sticky and heavy at first, but after a while, it seems to absorb on its own and feels normal; I wouldn't recommend using it with foundation, though, as the finish ends up looking very heavy.

I started with the cleanser and was so impressed that I ended up buying almost the entire COSRX line. The Advanced Snail Mucin Gel Cleanser leaves my skin feeling super clean without drying it out or making it feel tight. After seeing how well my skin reacted, I added the toner, snail cream, vitamin C serum, retinol, eye cream, and sunscreen to my routine — and every single product has been amazing. My skin feels smoother, more hydrated, brighter, and healthier overall. The snail mucin products especially give my skin such a soft glow, and the retinol/vitamin C combo has really helped improve texture and dark spots. The sunscreen is lightweight and doesn’t leave a white cast, which I love. Honestly, COSRX completely upgraded my skincare routine. My skin has never looked this good, and now I understand why so many people rave about this brand. Definitely worth every penny!

I love this stuff. My skin is so soft and I swear some of my wrinkles are gone since I started using this. Maybe it's a coincidence, maybe it's magic. This is why Asians don't raisin. It does sometimes make my bangs a little greasy if I get a little too close to my hair line, and it does sting if you happen to sweat and get some in your eyes. Nonetheless, my skin looks and feels better than it ever has and now I'm willing to buy all the snail trail products.

Great sunscreen! Very hydrating if you have dry skin (which I do) and leaves a little bit of a white cast when first applied but will go away once absorbed! The fragrance is different this time around buying from Amazon than when I bought my last bottle in store. My last bottle bought in store at like Ulta had a nice flowery fragrance and these bottles bought from Amazon smell more chemically, not sure why. Hopefully it’s the real deal, despite the fragrance, other than that love it.

Just tried this product, and I’m very pleased with the results so far! (I have combination oily dry skin, sensitive to scents, not acne prone to new products) I was expecting it to be on the smaller side, and it isn’t as big as this other sunscreen I’ve been using (pictured for size comparison with plant) but that’s okay because the benefits are bigger. The Neutrogena I’ve been using has great SPF, has lots of product, and is unscented- all good things. Yet, the spreadability was not very good and it left a white cast and would pearl a lot near my hairline and in any crevices on my face (nose, mouth, eyelids, etc). This COSRX though is great for solving those issues! I dotted the sunscreen on my face (which I did for the Neutrogena too), and was expecting some resistance in spreading it evenly in my face (like I’ve had difficulty with for other sunscreens) but there was no issue! It just glides on evenly, no pearling anywhere, and no white cast at all! Also, there is a slight scent, but it isn’t bad or chemically and doesn’t bother me (usually that’s a big issue for me). Now, it does leave a VERY dewy (kind of oily) look, at least initially, so if you don’t like that I don’t know if there is a way to reduce that 🤔 Personally, I’m fine with it, and as it absorbs more it gets a little less shiny. And yes, it isn’t as big as the other I’ve been using, but I plan to use it only for my face and neck and have a separate sunscreen for my body. Plus, with all the extra benefits in it, I’m fine with that and I think it is worth it for me. Though one thing I would like is for the directions to list the amount per area that works best for maximum protection (I just did the two finger amount for face and then neck) but a lot of sunscreens don’t list that for some reason, so I guess that’s okay. So yeah, overall, great! I’m trying out some other recommendations, but this one will probably be in my rotation for long term (I like to change things up intermittently). Blends in the skin really well with no white cast, definitely still on the oilier side and you can feel it on your face but still probably the best sunscreen I’ve used. I have zero issues with it getting into my eyes randomly even when using around my eyes.

It’s a good sunscreen, but if you get it anywhere near your eyes get ready for the burn of a lifetime

Feels very comfortable on the skin, is not sticky and the skin breathes. Does not leave white marks on the face, does not shine. I am very satisfied and happy to have finally found this cream!
