What can I say. It works. My dad told me about it and I tried it. Stopped my aching cramps and aches and pains. Told my aunt about it and she bought it next. Now she buys it. Basically just keep spreading the word because it friggin WORKS. And I have bad back problems- I get nerve ablations done every 6-8months- this stuff really really helps. Makes my frown turn upside down. Use it on my low back, upper shoulders, neck, anywhere really. Good stuff!!

I’ve bought this for my dad. He has been using Theraworx Foam for a while now, and overall, it’s pretty great. When a cramp hits, this foam works fast — he feels relief almost immediately in the cramped muscle. It doesn’t burn, it absorbs well, and the foam texture is nice and light. However, the downside is that the relief doesn’t last super long. After a couple of hours (or sometimes less, depending on the intensity of the cramp). So while it does its job, it’s not a permanent fix — more of a temporary rescue. Still, for those sudden cramps or nighttime leg spasms, it’s a solid option. He keeps it around, especially when he needs something gentle, fast, and fairly effective. If they could make the effects last longer, it’d be a 5-star product.

I was suffering from night cramps, and they can be horrible! This stuff was reccomended by a friend my age, So I got some, and RELIEF!!! You just pump the liquid out the nozzle and it turns it into a foam, which you rub into your skin where the pain is. I get INSTANT relief. The only bad thing for me is that I can't find it locally. I have to buy it from Amazon. But I'm not complaining, I'm glad they make it possible for me to get it!

I Suffer from muscle contractions, usually after a couple hours of a hard day's work. and I hydrate like crazy. I was told by a friend that this product works almost immediately. It did Not work for me, maybe a little it worked. It work ms a little better if you can put it on the second the muscle starts twitching. For me nothing works better and faster than a heating pad. I keep one plugged in next to my nightstand

This product works quickly on cramps. Much better than pickle juice and you don't have to taste it
