This scoby worked great. My kombucha turned out wonderfully. Follow the instructions. Keep everything clean and yours will too. The scoby will keep growing so you can use it for your next batch. Kombucha is rather easy to make. I did not have any issues with unwanted bacteria.

It was great, but I decided that making it myself is too time consuming. I'm glad I tried it and might try it again one day.

I would like to inform you that your scoby appears to be top quality and free of macroscopic contaminants.But unfortunately, it doesn't work for us, as it comes folded in two parts, and the scoby precipitates and dies.What happens is that the scoby is a biological entity formed symbiotically by unicellular bacteria and yeasts, but they are anaerobic, so they require the surface for the exchange of oxygen and other gases.It is unfortunate that such a good product is of no use to the community.Transporting it in a container with a larger diameter would be our humble advice.Dr. AnaSend feedbackSide panelsHistorySaved

Scoby was good but the inner bad did not have a good seal so most of the liquid was lost. The bag didnt seem to be punctured just not sealed properly.

Came packaged as advertised and I followed the directions and put it in its new home. Now I enjoy Kombucha much less expensive than what you would buy at the store. Do a little research and find ideas how to flavor it with items that can be added to the tea you start your batch with.

These are the best scoby’s ever. They are large and thick. My kombucha always comes out perfect every time with these. My only issue is that you only get 1/4 cup of starter tea with each scoby. Which is not enough for me to make a gallon of kombucha. It plainly states that 1/4 cup of starter tea will only make 1/4 gallon of kombucha. Even knowing that I still consider these to be the best scoby’s of choice. Just wish there was more starter tea.

The scoby came in half ripped l, but it was still healty enough to get kombucha growing. The taste of the kombucha it made is good. Just follow the instructions and it make more kombucha and scoby easily. Definitely worth it. Now I have a never ending supply of kombucha.
