Just started using them. They are well made, sturdy with options of resistance levels. I love them so far.

The Velcro clasps were exactly what I needed to work out my biceps and triceps with a broken wrist

I like these. No longer go to gym so these are a great alternative for some exercises. I think the rubber bands are a bit to long and do not notice the difference in strength of the bands. They get the job done though. Worth the money. Easy to use.

I'm not very strong. I couldn't find a point where I got any good resistance out of these bands. They also don't come labeled and are all about the same size, so it was hard to tell what the resistance was I was using. None of them were really any more resistant than the other.

It's exactly what I needed, the straps are pretty short which is great for what I need, but being so short a few exercises illustrated would not be possible, but great for me. Very quick delivery.

Good resistance for beginners. The ankle bands are comfortable.
