Looks like leather. Peel and stick is large which holds pouch firmly.

Great Extra Storage
This little pocket works great for a bit of extra storage that you can reach. It holds more than you think and I love that you can put it just about anywhere. Once you place it, it doesn't move or flop around. It sticks very well. Great addition to your vehicle.

You'l struggle to pull the adhesive velcro off the car when it's time
Great, but not easy to take off after 3 months (it was over 100ยฐ in the car) to put in a new car, half of the adhesive may come off, but it'll still stick in the new car. I'll report back if it falls off in 3 months but looks good for now. if you're not strong ex if you got Parkinson's you'll struggle to get it off.
